Course Description: 

The purpose of this course is to provide education on Idaho’s “public corruption”
statute, Idaho Code 31-2002.

Learning Objectives: Identify when a case meets the statutory requirements of I.C. 31-2002. Identify who can refer a case to the Office of the Attorney General under I.C. 31-2002

Speaker Bio:

Jessica Kuehn is a Deputy Attorney General in the Special Prosecutions Unit, Criminal Division of the Idaho Attorney General’s Office. In this position, Ms. Kuehn primarily reviews and prosecutes allegations related to public corruption. Ms. Kuehn has been with the Attorney General’s Office for almost two years. Prior to that, Ms. Kuehn was a Deputy Prosecutor for Elmore County.

Tami Faulhaber is currently the Lead Investigator of the Public Corruption Unit at the Office of the Attorney General.  She has served in law enforcement for 23 years, five years at the Attorney General’s Office and 18 years at the Canyon County Sheriff’s Office.  She has attended Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff and Command and has a MBA from George Fox University.  Outside of work, she is a wife, mother, and competitive powerlifter.
